Richard Alan Engineering is delighted to announce that it has been awarded a 2 year contract to undertake maintenance services for market-leading kitchen sink, tap and accessories manufacturer Astracast Ltd.
Founded in 1984 as the world’s first specialist manufacturer of coloured composite sinks, Astracast has since become a leader in providing quality kitchen fittings across the UK.
Richard Alan Engineering is to provide mechanical and electrical support 24 hours a day, 365 days a year for the full period of the contract. Providing outsourced servicing and maintenance is one of Richard Alan Engineering’s core services and has grown exponentially over a number of years. Having worked with some of the biggest names in manufacturing alongside its own engineering endeavours, Richard Alan Engineering has built a solid reputation for quality and consistency. As part of the Richard Alan Group, one of the London Stock Exchange Group’s ‘1000 Companies To Inspire Britain’, the business invests heavily in its staff to ensure it has the best people working to the highest standards. A large proportion of its contracts, both for maintenance and engineering services are renewals from repeat clients, which shows that the people-focused approach to development makes a real difference. Previously, Richard Alan Engineering has provided servicing support to Astracast on a rolling annual contract basis, this being the first time the contract has been renewed for an extended period.
“We’re very proud of the service level we offer.” says Robert Johnson, Managing Director of the Richard Alan Group. “It’s a very natural partnership. Astracast are a leading company in their industry just as we are, and their commitment to ambition and growth reflects our own. We always make sure we have the best people and the highest quality standards, which is why so many of our clients come back to us time and time again. We’re proud of our hard-earned reputation and we look forward to the challenges and opportunities that each project presents.”
